This is my debut release, inspired by the works of The Bad Plus, Happy Apple, Godspeed You! Black Emperor, Marquis Hill, Nate Smith, Brian Blade, and many others. It features my friends Chris Clark on saxophone, Dave Strawn on guitar, Nick Bentz on keys, and Dylan Coleman on bass.

I recently played a show with my friends SeaJun Kwon on bass and Dr. John Gunther on saxophone. SeaJun and I wrote music that explored boundaries without traditional chordal accompaniment. We ended up going to the studio shortly after to record some of these works. Check out both sets on YouTube! (and stay tuned for an album)

I have a group called Darker Years with Nick Bentz on keyboards and Dylan Coleman on bass. We create works that are inspired by the classical crossover musicians like Joel Lyrassides, E.S.T., Brad Mehldau, etc. Our first album (Darker Years, 2021) is out on streaming platforms. Our next release, “SOME TIMES”, will be an EP released on the Platinum Coil label in summer 2025. Keep an eye out for CD and streaming release dates!
